2. How long does shipping take?
We try to ship our items via E-Packet shipping, if your country is listed, it means that you are eligible for E-Packet shipping which normally takes 7-20 business days for a package to be delivered. If not, we can still have your package delivered! Just not within the 7-20 business day time frame

3.I can't see updates on my order?
It normally takes 5-10 business days for tracking logistics to show, do not worry!

Just come back later and you should be seeing updates soon

4. How long is shipping time?
Shipping time normally takes 7-20 business days as we use E-Packet as our preferred shipping method.

Order processing can take up to 10 business days  (No worries, we usually have our packages shipped out within 2-5 business days) 

5. I think my package was lost in transit!?
All orders are protected by our shipping warranty. If it has been more than 45 days and your order has not arrived, please contact us and we can issue a refund, resend the item or issue you store credit. 

6. Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our sweat free partnered factories in Shanghai, China. If you have ordered more than one item, please expect them to be shipped separately as our different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

7. I made a mistake in my shipping address, how can I fix this?
We all make mistakes, we are humans, right!?

If multiple days has passed by and you just realize that your shipping address was incorrect, then we recommend going to your local post office and notify them the issue so that they can redirect your package to the correct address

We offer worldwide shipping and for no additional cost.

If there is any case that we are not able to ship your package to your country, we will email you right away. Other than that, we have not had any problems with shipping packages to our international customers.
