REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

 1. I got a faulty item

Oh no! We are so sorry about this :(

But good news is that there is nothing to worry about! Please email us at info@axcidshop within the week of getting your item following with your order number and a photo of the faulty area of the clothing piece. We will then send it to our manufacturer and have them ship another item!

2. How long will it take for funds to get back to me?
After you received an email stating that we have refunded your order, it should take around 1-5 business days (depending on your banking company) for the funds to back into your account.

3. I got my item but its very small on me! Can I return?
All of our items have a measurement chart for you to measure yourself to have an idea of what size to pick. If you are not sure of your measurements, we recommend going a size up than your normal size for a comfortable fit.

ALL ITEMS HAVE MEASUREMENT CHARTS. If no measurement is listed, please email us at INFO@AXCIDSHOP.COM

There is no refunds unless there is a defect in the item to which must be informed within a week of your package being delivered.

If you would like a size exchange, contact us at INFO@AXCIDSHOP.COM for further arrangements 

4. Can I return my item and get a bigger size?
Of course! Your package can be returned within the day of delivery. Please return the package back to sender unopened at the post office so that they can return the postage back to us and we can have a new size sent

5. How can I return an item?

At the moment, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are not accepting returns for your items. 

If you would like to return the item and the package has been opened, *store credit will be issued for the amount of your order (or item that you wish to return). Full refunds are done when package is returned back to sender unopened.
