All orders are protected by our shipping warranty. If it has been more than 45 days and your order has not arrived, please contact us and we can issue a refund, resend the item or issue you store credit.
We ship from our sweat free partnered factories in Shanghai, China. If you have ordered more than one item, please expect them to be shipped separately as our different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Correct Shipping Address
If multiple days has passed by and you just realize that your shipping address was incorrect, then we recommend going to your local post office and notify them the issue so that they can redirect your package to the correct address
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified day
If you are tracking your order and there has not been any new updates on it, then it must means that your order was held at customs
If your package IS held by customs, please understand that we cannot call to rush the process as it is a government entity that is there to protect your country. We are not affiliated with any shipping companies. If you have any questions about address changing, mail forwarding or if you order says "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.
But good news is that there is nothing to worry about! Please email us at info@axcidshop within the week of getting your item following with your order number and a photo of the faulty area of the clothing piece. We will then send it to our manufacturer and have them ship another item!
All of our items have a measurement chart for you to measure yourself to have an idea of what size to choose. If you are not sure which are your measurements, we recommend going a size up than your normal size. If you would like to return, you must send the package back to the shipping address that is in the package and send us a tracking number as proof that the package is being sent back to us. Please notify us via email@example.com that you are sending your item back to us so that we can arrange a refund once we get it.
